Our consultants walk alongside our clients, and Rae walks alongside them both, providing support on nearly all of our projects.

Rae comes to us with a background in client and community-facing work. For 8 years, they designed custom clothing for clients of all bodies and genders, placing an emphasis on dignity and joy. Their approach to all work—with clients and colleagues alike—is the belief that listening is an act of solidarity.

Rae studied Literature and Liberation Theology at a Jesuit College, and they also have an MS in Library Science. No matter how much time passes since their formal education, they continue to center reading, research and justice both in their work and in their free time.

Rae loves eating and walking all over New York City, and believes alternative economies are not just necessary but possible, thanks to their work with Vandersall Collective.
