She is a passionate teacher, trainer, consultant, and coach with more than two decades of experience.
Owner/Lead Consultant for ALlyd Image Solutions, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to building organizational capacity and effective development practices, Aimee has also served successfully in leadership roles throughout a variety of mission driven agencies across the country, in the health, human services and community development fields. She has presented at well over 75 congregations, seminaries, development conferences, and leadership training events in the last many years through her posts as Associate Director of Lake Institute on Faith & Giving and as Director of Seminary Advancement for Christian Theological Seminary.
Specializing in facilitation, strategic planning and outcomes-based measurement, her work can be seen through more than 90 non-profit agencies within the Midwest region. She currently dedicates her time as Philanthropic Strategist for the first PhD in African American Preaching and Sacred Rhetoric, led by Dr. Frank A. Thomas.
Aimée currently serves on the Board of Visitors for Howard University School of Divinity, in addition to serving as the Generosity Facilitator for New Horizons Church in Indianapolis, IN where she has been a member for 10 years. Her generosity work with In Trust Center for Theological Schools, ATS and a myriad of diverse denominations and congregations can be seen across the country. She is a charter member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Circle City Chapter and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. for more than 25 years. She is passionate about non-profit excellence and capacity building.
Her most important self-described accomplishments include a successful marriage of 21 years to Aaron, and her greatest calling, being a mother to Lydia, Noah and Andrew. A woman of deep faith, you can see a common and intentional thread that transcends all areas of personal and professional life for Aimée A. Laramore.
